If something sounds great, why get an itch in your crotch for it? Same goes with our music. We don't analyze, we just do it and it sounds great. Of course we think about the songs, the structures and those little nipple-twisters for your delight but we don't overdo it. We do have a certain sound but it's not planned. Basically it's the sound that comes out when we plug in and rock as well as we can.

Oululaisen Scarsickin toinen demoilu sekä näyttää että kuulostaa melkoisen valmiilta jo hiukan isompiinkin ympyröihin. Etenkin yhtyeen uusi lauluvastaava Ilmo Ylinärä hoitaa hommansa hienosti. Kyseessä on siis hillitysti metallimausteita laajakankaiseen alternativerockiin ripotteleva nelikko, josta sanat emotionaalinen ja ”Amerikan soundit” eivät välttämättä ole myöskään kauhean kaukana...

Because of overwhelming success of the song "Hide Myself", we decided to make that the opening song on the demo. So "Scars" is #3 nowadays, all the files are being replaced.. If you want to stay up-to-date, just (re-)download the zip file. I also updated my own profile a bit.
